No. Every HELM plan includes the full platform — all 50+ systems. Plans differ only on the number of vessels and crew seats, not on which features you can access. There are no feature tiers.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked.
Yes. Multi-tenant isolation at the database layer, bcrypt password hashing with brute-force lockout, daily backups at 03:00 UTC with 30-day retention, and full GDPR self-serve tools. Your vessel data is yours — we never share or sell it.
HELM uses Stripe Checkout for card billing and Stripe Customer Portal for self-serve card updates and cancellations. EUR, USD, and GBP billing supported. HELM never sees or stores card details — PCI-DSS compliance is inherited from Stripe.
