All information, tools, reports, logbook templates, compliance checklists, AI outputs, and other content provided through the Platform ("Platform Content") are provided for informational and operational support purposes only. Platform Content does not constitute and must not be relied upon as professional maritime advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, financial advice, medical advice, or safety advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (a) AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. AI models can generate plausible-sounding but incorrect information. All AI outputs must be independently verified before use. (b) AI Engine Diagnostics does not replace professional marine engineering inspection. A diagnosis generated by AI must be verified by a qualified marine engineer before any corrective action is taken. (c) AI Passage Planner does not replace professional navigation judgment. Routes and weather assessments generated by AI must be verified against current charts, NOTAMs, and local knowledge by a qualified navigator or master mariner. (d) AI Incident Report Writer generates draft reports only. All incident reports must be reviewed, verified, and signed by the Master before submission to any authority. (e) AI-generated compliance documents are draft tools only. They do not constitute legal or regulatory compliance and must be reviewed by qualified maritime legal counsel. (f) HELM AI does not have access to real-time AIS, live NAVTEX, current weather observation data, or official maritime publications unless explicitly integrated and disclosed. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON ANY AI FEATURE OUTPUT.

The Man Overboard (MOB) Protocol feature is an operational coordination tool. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY for any outcome in a MOB emergency, including but not limited to: (a) Device failure, loss of power, or connectivity failure preventing the MOB Protocol from activating or transmitting alerts (b) Incorrect GPS position data (c) Failure of crew to receive or respond to push notifications (d) Any delay in rescue or any personal injury or loss of life The MOB Protocol feature does not transmit distress signals to maritime rescue coordination centres (MRCC) or activate EPIRB/PLB equipment. In any MOB emergency, activate your vessel's GMDSS distress equipment and contact your nearest MRCC immediately on VHF Channel 16.

HELM's regulatory logbook modules (OLB, ORB, GMDSS Radio Log, MLC 2006 Hours of Rest) are operational tools designed to assist in maintaining vessel records. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY that: (a) Any logbook format, export, or content will satisfy the requirements of any particular flag state, port state control authority, classification society, or maritime court (b) The Platform will remain compliant with future regulatory changes without notice (c) Any compliance calculation (Hours of Rest, CII, EU ETS) is accurate or complete for official submission purposes Users remain solely responsible for verifying all logbook content and exports with their flag state administrator and maritime counsel before presenting to any authority.

Financial data, budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports generated by the Platform are management tools based on data entered by the user. They do not constitute audited financial statements, tax advice, or investment advice. All financial decisions should be reviewed by a qualified accountant or financial adviser.

The Platform may integrate third-party data including AIS vessel tracking (via AISStream.io), weather data (via OpenWeatherMap), and port information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Third-party service interruptions may affect Platform features without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYG YACHTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF LIFE, PERSONAL INJURY, VESSEL DAMAGE, ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE, REGULATORY FINE, LOSS OF CHARTER INCOME, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM, ITS AI FEATURES, ITS EMERGENCY TOOLS, ITS COMPLIANCE MODULES, OR ANY CONTENT GENERATED THEREBY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY THE USER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
