How we got here.
HELM founded after a compliance failure on a 52m motor yacht cost the owner €40,000 in fines.
First 50 vessels onboarded during closed beta. Crew Management and Compliance systems launched.
Voyage Planning, Financial Management, and Charter Ops systems released. Series A funding closed.
Fleet Command launched for management companies. 300+ vessels under management.
50+ Systems. AI Copilot (Claude Sonnet 4.5), Weather Intelligence, MLC 2006 Hours of Rest, Charter Marketplace, and Emergency MOB Protocol launched. Built for superyachts from 20m to 100m+.
